10.0Good central location with good access routes around Darlington. Nice and warm despite sub-zero temperatures outside. Large bath. Good kitchen facilities, great host.

− Walked in to fire place tiles all peeling off, cracked living room window, just dirty, big marks in walls, garden was horrific covered in rubbish and certainly couldn’t let my wee girl out, just really not what you expect. Also; why save breakfast provided when infanct, there was 2 week out of date milk and opened stale cereal.

Would not recommend this property, still awaiting refund for nights we did not stay

− there was a dog barking all night until 4am next door. The bedding needed to be replaced The TV did not work Generally looked tired and needs overall in general. Phoned the mobile number we were given to complain and told we needed to speak to owner the following day as nothing they could sort!
