We had a great stay in this 2-bedroom apartment in Paterna. The place was spacious, clean, and really comfortable — the beds were great and we appreciated having air conditioning in every room, which made a big difference. It's a bit outside the city centre, but that was something we knew going in when we booked, so no surprises there. And it's a fair trade-off: there's a large food centre nearby with plenty of restaurant options, and the apartment has easy access to the main roads into the city, so getting around wasn't a problem at all.

had a truly excellent stay in this apartment in Valencia. Communication with the host was very efficient from the beginning. He replied quickly through Booking, and we easily arranged to meet in person for the keys. He was already waiting for me when I arrived at the apartment. The host speaks only Spanish, but with today’s technology, communication is no longer a problem at all. One of the first things that impressed me was the garage. It is perfect for motorcyclists because the motorcycle can stay in a covered, closed, and secure space. From the garage, there is a direct lift to the second floor, where the apartment is located. The apartment itself is large, bright, very clean, and comfortable. It has two bedrooms, a living room with a dining area, and a kitchen. The internet is excellent, with around 500 Mbps download and upload speed, which is rare and very useful. The terrace is spacious and practical, with drying racks and a washing machine, so the apartment works very well for both short and longer stays. The bed is comfortable, the TV is nice, the kitchen is very well equipped, and the apartment has two bathrooms, which is a big plus. I would rate this stay 10+ because places like this are rare to find, and I travel a lot.

Bien, pero necesita algo de mantenimiento,

La amplitud del apartamento, cuenta con dos habitaciones, dos baños completos, salón y cocina correctos, junto con la terraza. Tiene plaza de parking. Está a 20minutos en coche del centro.

− Necesita más mantenimiento, algunas paredes están descuidadas, los baños necesitan reforma, el menaje del hogar hay que renovarlos, las sartenes están desgastadas, faltan platos hondos y utensilios para cocinar, paletas, tijeras, etc. Me faltaron toallas para la cara.
