Good house, poor service, not going back.
6.0The house was good and the location as well
− The service was terrible, not flexible at all. We had some issues with our stay. First, the house had security cameras in the exterior, all around, even in the pool area and they were always on, even when we were there. Meaning we had no privacy. It was never disclosed that the cameras were there and we didn’t agree to it in any point of the contract. Second, they advertise the house as having 3 bathrooms, but it’s actually 2.5. 2 bathrooms and one WC. We were 3 different families and 2 had to share a shower, which was very uncomfortable. Third, they have 2 gates for the cars, but they don’t let the guests use it, so we need to park on the street. Considering they have security cameras all around, 24/7, we didn’t feel safe leaving the cars and the electrical bikes outside.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
