10.0Well maintained and clean rooms. The kitchen was pretty big and very equipped. The owner was respectful and wanted to keep everything in order.

− Not so close to the main town of adaminaby, which does add 15-20 minutes each way to Selwyn snow resort if thats a factor in accomo choice.
