Disappointing
4.0The man who all the time came to fix, was very friendly. The garden was beautifull, and the sofa comfortable. Without hesitation they give us a extra bed when we requested. The time for somebody to came and fix was luckily fast.
− The location was great, just it was an old appartment, and you saw that. They tried to make it look nice, but was cheap on the maintainance. You saw and noticed that things was not working as they was supposed to work. Television was keep on not working, we called 3 times, and then it worked, day after again no signal. Watercooker only worked after you put a piece of paper in it so it ge's stuck. Toilet seat loose. We had to change 2 remote for the airconditioning battery's and one light also not worked. Lamp in the bedroom broken, and the first 2 days we had no wam water. Also the table for eat was old, and with marks of water all over. They fixed the water after that day, but overall, we was not satisfied. We even left 2 days more early, and we was ask for a refund, as we had so many issues. They did not agree, and said everything worked fine.
