1.0There was no room ! My parter and his friend were turned away from a residential home in a council estate telling them it was a sc they had to find alternative accommodation

1.0This property is fake, I knocked on the door and was told the occupant sometimes has 2/3 people knock a day and has tried to contact booking.com to advise them. I messaged booking.com to let them know this and have had no response or refund.

1.0− I couldn't gain access to the accommodation because I was given the wrong code for the key safe, and contact number you gave me was going straight to answer phone. No one would reply to my phone calls or emails. Absolute disgrace. This is the second time it's happened to me. I'll never use booking.com again.
