− Leider ist Vieles in der Wohnung abgenutzt (Rolladen im Schlafzimmer funktionieren nicht, Flecken auf Fußboden, Schlafsofa kaputt, Bandschrank defekt, tote Pflanzen, Fußabtreter gammelig). Mit ein wenig investiertem Geld und Zeit kann aus der Wohnung aber definitiv mehr rausgeholt werden.
