− Everything. It’s not clean, staff is not friendly. I was not well received, room was very dirty, there were empty cans of alcohol under the bed. There was sprinkle of pee on the toilet seat. There was dust on the bed, the extra blanket had dead insects on it which clearly shows the room was not prepared. The TV was not working, the heater was not working. I had a horrible experience.
