Excellent with a few caveats
9.0Exceptional service, amenities, food and comfort. Staff was very forthcoming and the atmosphere was homely. Saunas, pool, and wellness areas were incredible and even with a full hotel, there was always enough space.
− Our room didn't have AC and faced directly to the pool, so we couldn't really keep the windows open and the rooms got unbearably hot for sleeping. Some of the restaurant staff were slow and and restaurant service was not always top-notch.
Dress code for dinner in the hotel restaurant.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
