− The people in the room next to me were screaming all night, threatening to kick the door in. Incredibly dirty room.

Beautiful location, overall satisfied.

− It could have been a little cleaner. The fridge was a little dirty inside. Also some cosmetic issues, tiles off walls etc in bathroom.
Nice for the price

− Carpet needs cleaned and there were no chairs in the room. Bathroom had leak and was small. Curtains wouldn't close and shower curtain needs replaced. Needs accessible vending area.

− Don't have any rooms on first floor for handicap had to climb steps which it is hard enough to walk with my disability.
Low expectations based on price, met expectations, a bed to sleep in before heading out onto the AT
6.0Couldn't get ahold of hotel after booking was made, phone number on web site was incorrect. Didn't know if room would be ther as we arrived much later than expected. Room was there, they were expecting us
