6.0L’appartamento è moderno, ben arredato e a prima vista fa una buona impressione, posizione molto comoda e staff cordiale e disponibile.
− La pulizia è stata molto al di sotto delle aspettative, soprattutto considerando il prezzo di 100 € a notte. Abbiamo trovato le ciabatte in dotazione molto sporche e visibilmente usurate, capelli all’interno dei mobili, macchie sulle lenzuola (per un letto matrimoniale abbiamo trovate due “lenzuola” singole) e un copriletto addirittura bucato. Inoltre, le federe dei cuscini in camera da letto e i copridivani nel soggiorno emanavano un odore molto sgradevole, dando una sensazione generale di scarsa igiene. È un vero peccato, perché la struttura avrebbe un grande potenziale, ma la pulizia è un aspetto fondamentale e in questo caso non è stata all’altezza. Spero che il proprietario presti maggiore attenzione a questi aspetti, perché con una pulizia accurata l’esperienza sarebbe decisamente migliore.
