− Nulla. Forse sarebbe utile la presenza di un apparecchio rinfrescante (condizionatore , ventilatore o altro) per le giornate particolarmente calde.

9.0The location was great, it was a nice and well planned apartment. Good instructions and easy to get to the city center. I liked the balcony and our son liked the small garden. The kitchen was great!
Modernisierte Altbauwohnung in zentraler Lage
9.0Man kommt vom Innenhof mit Parkplatz per Außenaufzug zur Wohnung im obersten Stock, was sehr praktisch ist. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und man kann von dort aus zu Fuß die Stadt, den Schlossberg und die Murinsel erkunden. Da Haus hat quasi eine doppelte Fassade mit schmalem Balkon dazwischen was gut für die Beschattung der Wohnung ist. Den Balkon haben wir nicht genutzt, da es in dem Zeitraum zu warm war.
− Die Müllabfuhr kam an einem Tag bereits um ca. 5:30 Uhr wodurch man sehr früh geweckt wurde. Ein Deckenventilator im Schlafzimmer wäre für die heißen Tage ganz gut.
Schöner wohnen
10.0Ruhige Lage trotz Nähe zu Stadtpark, Altstadt und Univiertel. Sehr hübsche, toll ausgestattete Wohnung im obersten Stock mit Lift. Parkplatz im Innenhof (Graz hat Parkzone mit max. 2 Stunden)
