9.0The property was well managed and we had a great time when we stayed there for the Naadagama concert. The views outside the hotel facing the Pedro estate were breathtaking. Sahan who assisted us was a good soul and a wonderful person. He made sure all our needs were well taken care of and was always in a smiling pleasant face. The breakfast was simple and was fantastic. Really loved it.
− Everything was well except for this minor thing with the hot water shower which was not consistent every time we used it. But compared to the 99% excellent service this was just a small thing which did not harm our stay.

5.0The host was gracious and welcomed us with a drink. Breakfast was good, garden pretty and well maintained
− Our bedroom was at the front, and the weather was particularly wet and windy, which blew straight into our room, opening the patio door and through the windows that don't seal properly. There were only blinds to cover the window and the glass was very dirty with green algae. The hotel exterior needs attention. The price was heavily discounted but still possibly overpriced for the standard. We raised all these issues, so hopefully, it will be better for someone else.
