− El apartamento está muy bien ubicado,pero acceder resulta complicado,muy difícil aparcar,y muy difícil entrar en el portal y en la casa,ya que las cerraduras no funcionan, están viejas y abren muy mal. Las contraventanas abren mal y el apartamento está a pie de calle.
