The new and modern rooms

− There was no breakfast, no possibility to buy any drinks, no vending machine. It was far from everything, you need a Grab to get somewhere. That was not a problem

Stay away, adjacent major construction, pool is a swamp, bathtubs are worse, they won't refund you.

− Foreigners and locals, stay away! Major construction adjacent to this property, see photo. Know that this a large construction site last months if not years! Also know in Vietnam construction companies often disregard quiet hours and they often works late into the evening. We arrived and were quickly given a room Tulip 1. We quickly changed into our swim suits as we booked it for the beautiful pool we saw online. We got down to the pool to see it has not been maintained on a daily basis or in a very long time. The water was turning green from algae growth, it appeared to be stagnant water. There were leaves on the bottom and I would not let my daughter enter it. At 2 years old she began to cry as she really loves swimming. We went the front desk to complain, they asked us to wait 2 hours for someone to clean the pool. I said. no thank you. I recalled seeing a room online with a bathtub and asked if we could be moved to that room so she could at least play in the tub. She said, Yes, for an additional 300,000 VND. I said, no way am I going to pay for your mistake. She made a call and said, OK we approved a room change at no cost. The next room had the tub out on the patio exposed to the elements and had not been cleaned in what looked like months. It was full of outdoor debris, leaves, dirty and even bird feces. Still I tried to be a boy scout and attempted to clean it because my daughter was still in her swim suit. However, the drain was not working so it could not be rinsed out. We got dressed back into our street clothes still carrying our two unused towels and went back to the front desk and explained the issue with the bathtub. We even showed her pictures, she said they would have someone go clean it, I said no, you need a plumber it wont drain and we are not waiting for a plumber. We want to refund so we can leave. She quickly replied in English, "No Refund. Check out only".
