10.0We loved our stay at Serene Seldovia Cabin. The waterfront location is peaceful, private, and an easy walk to town. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with beautiful views of the slough, mountains, and wildlife. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the deck and watching the tides. The steep stairs and cozy loft bed are worth noting, but they didn’t detract from the experience. A true cabin experience right over the water—we’d gladly stay again.
Great place to unwind and watch nature unfold.
10.0Location and view. We saw bald eagles fishing right from the window. Quaint, quiet town.
− It rained 75% of the time (obviously not the hosts fault). Very limited restaurant choices, again not the hosts fault, but since you have to haul your own food on a passenger ferry and this place has no cooktop it has to be a consideration.

9.0Right on the Seldovia Slough. Being able to watch the tide come in/go out was so relaxing.
− At our age, the stairs were probably a little too much.
