Nice remodelled apartment with breathtaking views
6.0Well-located, remodelled property. The kitchen is nice and big. Bonus points for the washing machine. The host was extremely responsive and provided useful information (e.g., to set up the sofa-bed). The views are breathtaking.
− Advertising it as a duplex is a bit misleading. The top floor is basically a tiny bathroom with a minuscule shower, a toilet you can barely sit on, a washing machine with a place to hang clothes and a place where the owner stores fitness equipment. The person who cleans and sets up the property lives downstairs. Even if you are doing everything by the book, we did not appreciate being observed and questioned. We were there during a heatwave. The place was hot when we arrived, and we were lucky it rained so we could cool it down, because not a single fan was in sight. It got quite hot again at night and in the morning.

10.0Very spacious two bedroom duplex in the center of Markina-Xemein, close to shops and restaurants. Excellent communication with host who gave us all necessary information for easy access to the apartment upon arrival. Apartment was clean and nicely furnished, with a spacious well-equipped kitchen. Beds were comfortable.We were two adults, but the place is spacious enough to house comfortably a family of four or five. Very good value.
