Ottima struttura, ben curata ed in posizione comoda per raggiungere il porto per le islands hopping. Personale dell’accoglienza e dell’hotel molto cordiali e disponibili.

The hotel is a very clean and well-kept property with genuinely warm staff. I give the team a smile score of eighty-five per cent, as they were welcoming and attentive throughout the stay. The view from the hotel is absolutely breathtaking and is easily its strongest feature, offering a sense of calm and beauty that lifts the whole experience. The rooms themselves were tidy and presented neatly.

− Several aspects of the stay did not align with what the property advertises. The listing states that free Wi-Fi is available, yet no Wi-Fi was provided at all during my visit. The restaurant, which is promoted as offering American and local cuisines with a range of breakfast options, had only two breakfast choices and no coffee available. Many items listed on the menu simply were not offered, and I was told I received the last available hamburger. It gave the impression that the kitchen and management were under financial pressure and operating with restricted resources. The rooms were not soundproofed, and being positioned so close to the road meant traffic noise continued throughout the night. Although the website advertises a twenty-four-hour front desk with room service, reception actually closed at eight o’clock, leaving only a night watchman on duty. While the staff were pleasant and the property was clean, these missing amenities, the limited food options, and the persistent noise made the stay far less comfortable than expected. With these clear discrepancies between what was advertised and what was delivered, I feel the nightly rate should have been adjusted to better reflect the actual experience.

Overall the Caza was a nice place and well kept. The staff was friendly and willing to accommodate when asked. The only issue I had was they charged my for two breakfasts when my girlfriend only had coffee. When I confronted them about it they argued and would not change the bill. It was the only issue I had and felt it was cheap enough it didn’t matter that much. I would stay there again even with that experience. Nice place to stay.
