9.0Very friendly family run guest house. Fresh cooked full English breakfast. Very comfortable bed, clean and modern room & en suite. Managed to park on site can park in the street.

10.0Great location directly on the seafront with great sea views. Excellent breakfast and very accommodating with my kids. Nice to be able to enjoy a coffee sitting outside and have a chat with the hosts who were lovely.
