9.0Die Lage ist extrem gut, da man gleich an der Strandpromenade war. Trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig. In 10 Minuten ist man in der Stadtmitte. Es ist ausreichend Platz vorhanden und der Balkon ist riesig. Man kann von dort die Ruhe genießen, da es nur eine Anwohnerstrasse gibt. Da der Radeweg vorbei führt ist trotzdem Bewegung vor dem abgeschlossenen Grundstück.
− In der Küche fehlen noch Töpfe, damit man richtig kochen kann. Vor dem Sofa fehlt noch ein kleiner Tisch, damit man etwas abstellen kann.
