Nagyon csendes helyen van. Illetve kiváló a ház mikro klímája, nem kellett nyáron a klímát bekapcsolni. Ház elrendezése jó, viszont nekem a matrac egy kicsit puha volt, feleségemnek még megfelelt, ezt egyén válogatja.
