5.0Podzemní garáž je super. Blízkost nákupních možností i relativní blízkost pláže a centra města.
− Po celou dobu pobytu nefunkční klimatizace v celém domě. Přislíbena oprava, ale nedočkali jsme se jí. Takže vedro v pokoji, v domě i podzemní garáži. Hostitel toto evidentně věděl, proto dal před naším příjezdem do pokoje mobilní klimatizační jednotku s vývodem na otevřenou lodžii. Takže v podstatě bez efektu, protože teplo zvenku i z vývodu klimatizace se vracelo zpět do pokoje. Navíc jsme museli 3x denně vylévat vodu z kyblíku přistaveného v pokoji u odtokové hadice. Inzerovaný výhled do zahrady byl výhledem na lodžii s několika kytkami a hlavně do ulice na probíhající stavbu paneláku. A nejedná se o apartmán, ale o studio s max. plochou 30m2. Majitel po reklamaci sice nedostatky kompenzoval, ale z pobytu jsme byli doslova otráveni.

10.0Odličan apartman, na odličnoj lokaciji, blizu grada i svih dešavanja u gradu, u blizini marketi i tržni centar, relativno blizu plaža, besplatan parking koji mnogo znači.
− Nema stvari koje bih zamjerio ovom smještaju.
Świetna baza wypadowa na wycieczki po Słowenii, zwłaszcza samochodem.
10.0Lokalizacja - trochę na uboczu, ale blisko centrum. Dzięki temu przede wszystkim parking, ale też sklep. Mieszkanie w pełni wyposażone i bardzo wygodne. Telewizja z mnóstwem kanałów, choć na urlopie to tylko czasami pomaga.
− Nie lubię deszczownicy pod prysznicem, ale to raczej cecha, a nie wada.
