I liked how close it is to highways and downtown. Food and activities are nearby with a short drive. All sports stadiums and the University are close by.

− The couch and tv were placed in a way that limits the usable space. Situating the furniture in a different way would greatly open up the space.

Stay away from this property due to sketchy property management company.

The place was tidy but a little dusty. I don't think someone had stayed there for a few weeks.

− So much. The property management company appears to be run from out of the country. They required several steps of verification including sending copies of my license over. All correspence seemed sketchy. Emails came from multiple (personal?) addresses and communication wasn't clear. I reached out to Booking.com to make sure they were legit when they started asking for photos of ID with no response. I arrived late at night and due to poor communication, it wasn't clear I'd be able to get in. The photos for the entrance were unclear so I was left wandering around in the dimly lit and empty complex. The place was relatively clean and spacious. I only used the bedroom and bath upstairs so can't speak to the kitchen. It had a full washer and dryer that I didn't use and it took me a while to find towels (in the bedroom closet). The apartment is off the beaten path - close to highways (so a bit loud at night) and while technically within walking distance (a mile or two) of things, not anywhere you'd want to walk at night due to the empty streets. The last straw was when the management property charged me for damage to a towel rack in a bathroom that I didn't even know existed. When they sent me a photo I said it must have been in a different unit but they insisted it was a bathroom on the first floor. I contested the charge and respectfully asked them to remove it when they ghosted me entirely. I've given them a month to respond to multiple emails and nothing. I'd stay away from this property in the future.

Really nice location, easy to access with the smart key and in general really well equipped throughout!

− General cleaning could have been better, but nothing that noticeable problematic.

a nice size apartment for the price. everything was pretty much comfortable. fairly clean. and the location was the perfect distance from everything.

− the only complaint I have is the tub was clogged. honestly disgusting to me. nobody wants to take a shower in an inch of dirty water.

Very nice place with everything you need. The bed was very comfortable and we love the location.

− The water temperature in the kitchen sink and the upstairs tub as well i's a little hard to set and the water drains very slowly in the upstairs bathroom tub and sink.
