1.0− Bedsheets were stained and had cigarette burn holes. The walls were dirty and poorly maintained. Very poor sound insulation; you can hear everything from neighboring rooms. Shower had extremely low water pressure. Only cold water on the second day. Difficult to find staff at reception. Too many different WhatsApp contact numbers, creating confusion. The first reported issue was not fixed as promised. I was redirected to another contact instead of receiving proper assistance. The next morning, the shower had very low pressure again, with only hot water and no cold water. There was also no electricity (although this affected the whole street). No commercial gesture or compensation despite the repeated problems. Overall lack of professionalism in handling maintenance issues and guest support.
