− El personal era muy descuidado, para hacer el check-in acorde previamente que llegaría sobre las 20:00 hrs me pidieron llamar a las 19:30 para que la entrega de llave esté listo a mi llegada, llamé y me dijeron que sobre las 20 hrs estarías todo ok. ESTUVE ESPERANDO HASTA LAS 21 hrs parado afuera del hotel.
