Pefekt boende för oss. Läget var lugnt och nära havet. 8e gången vi var i Portde Pollensa och detta var det bästa boendet vi haft.

− Diskmaskinen diskade inte rent så vi hade bara användning av den en gång. Blev inte åtgärdat under vår vistelse. Lite bättre knivar och stekpannor behövs.

From the start, communication with Your House agency was 'laboured' and seemed to be a series of emails back and forth. There is nothing to identify the property from the outside and we tried four key boxes (two on adjacent property) before finding the correct key box. Once inside the property, there is no identifying which of the three apartments is Can Cortana, that too had to be done by guesswork. Once inside, the property is spacious, clean and well laid out but the heating facilities (two plug in radiators) are inadequate for this time of year (early March), the property was very cold, as if it hadn't been lived in/used over winter which made it uncomfortably cold (it was actually warmer outside). However, there are no instructions for waste disposal or other facilities e.g. towels at end of stay, including WiFi - emailing Your House (the agents) for the WiFi password, I didn't receive a reply.
