− Spazio esterno condiviso con la pizzeria adiacente. Dalle foto invece sembrava che ci fosse un terrazzino di pertinenza della camera. Peccato per la mancanza di chiarezza…
Perfect place to stay in Chora for short and long term
10.0The room is spacious, extremely clean, comfortable, and one block from the Chora (city center) beach. There are many restaurants nearby, one grocery store and more or less near the biggest supermarket. The owners are super friendly and are always responsive to any requests, and gives you tips regarding what to do on the island and where to get things, including transport. The internet is fast and stable, in case you go work there, or even if you bring your streaming device (Apple TV, Fire Stick, etc.). The kitchen has enough appliances for a long stay and the bed is big and confortable. It also has a bedsofa but I didn't use it. All in all, a perfect place to stay for short and long term.
− It can be a little noisy when vehicles pass by, but it can happen anywhere in Chora. So, it is not something important.

− Lines need to be updated ASAP and maybe think about window shutters to keep noise out.

9.0The room is big and comfortable, Dimitra is a great host, she gave us ( me and my partner ) useful advice and she welcomed us warmly! The location is practical, if you like to walk the center is close enough! I absolutely recommend the house
Super apartment in Astypalaia !!!
10.0Dimitra has been the perfect host,she helped us arrange airport transfer, rent a car and go on a day trip to kounoupes! She has been available for all our needs and checking often if we needed something.Everything was impeccable! The place is in super good location next to the beach in pera gyalos and only 10min from Chora(a steep uphill walk). The apartment is fully equipped and brand new,very hospitable and clean. Real good value for money. Bonus :next door there is a souvlaki place(gyronostimies) , must try, their souvlaki and gyros is great and the guys that run it have very good energy! A really nice place to use as a base to go around the island! Will be coming back!!
