Good location, clean rooms, helpful staff, and tasty breakfast, but the AC backup during power cuts needs improvement.
8.0The property is conveniently located about 3–4 km from Meenakshi Amman Temple, making it easy to visit. The rooms were clean and well-maintained when we checked in. Although the AC was not working until around 6 PM due to a power outage in the area, the staff explained the situation and were supportive throughout. A special thanks to Sudha, who was extremely helpful and promptly assisted us with everything we requested. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, and everyone in our family enjoyed it. Overall, the stay was pleasant. My only suggestion is to have a backup power solution for AC rooms during power outages, as we specifically booked an AC room and it became quite uncomfortable with only a fan.
− The only issue we faced was that the AC did not work for several hours because of a power outage in the area. Since we had booked an AC room, it was quite uncomfortable, especially during the afternoon. It would be great if the property could provide a backup power solution or generator support for AC rooms during such situations.
