− Had these guys take My money for an apartment then wouldn’t refund the money went to the apartment they apparently rented me for the night and others was living in there
It was a disaster: an equivalent one-night stay in the Premier Inn cost an additional £234

− This booking, although confirmed several times between making it on Jan 31 and arriving on June 11 - both by booking.com and by the landlord - was already occupied by a couple who had already been living there for some ten months. I have complained to bookling.com to reclaim my money but have received neither a reply nor even an acknowledgement. I have had to reclaim from the credit card company. I shall never use booking,com again, and will continue to dissuade strongly anyone I hear planning to use them.

1.0− Booked on line through booking dot come, fine. I then rang owner to book an extra night, agreed yes and put me onto his property manager to arrange. He text me to say hat the accommodation had changed and that we would be staying at another address in Wallasey. On arrival new address was one bedroom flat with one double bed not good for two men on a golf trip and certainly not a two bedroom luxury accommodation. I had to book a new hotel at 8pm at night as I had travelled 3 hours by then and now in Wallasey. I contacted the owner by text as per the property manager advice for a refund, no reply received from owner. I was told by property manager that luxury accommodation was not available due to repairs etc. It cost me another £152 for another two nights accommodation
