Perfect stay in a beautiful apartment, friendly and helpful hosts!
10.0The apartment is ideally located for a stay in Civitanova, with plenty of bars, restaurants, cafes and general amenities all around - and with the main beaches less than a five minute walk. Magnolia apartment is on the first floor and has several balconies, so whilst it’s located on a side street not far from the town square, it was lovely and quiet. The apartment is beautiful, exceeding our expectations and therefore I consider it fantastic value for money. Three bedrooms, two living/dining rooms, kitchen, hall and large bathroom split into two rooms. The rooms are all large, and well proportioned with high ceilings. It has a secure entrance at street level which only services two other apartments in the building (one of which is the host), and there is a lift, providing great access. All in all a fantastic stay in a beautiful apartment in a lovely seaside town. We are regular visitors to the Tuscan coast, but I’d consider Civitanova better value for money, and more attractive. We visited in August and there were all kinds of events going on in an evening in the town, which made for an even better experience. We will return! Thank you to Francesco and family!
− Couldn’t fault it! Advertised as with air conditioning, which it is, but only in two of the rooms. Not a major issue though, as the building kept generally cool anyway.
