− El desayuno “western” es bastante malo. Y si te quedas varios días recambian toallas pero no hacen la cama ni cambian las sábanas. Todo se perdona con la increíble habitación

9.0The property is surrounded by beautiful views and has such a cosy atmosphere. What impressed us most was how thoughtfully designed the space was. Everything felt well-equipped and sufficient despite its compact size. We especially appreciated the little gestures, such as the welcome gifts, postcards, handwritten note, and complimentary drinks. The coffee machine and free coffee capsules were also a nice bonus that made a noticeable difference. The staffs were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They even made the effort to communicate with us in English after learning that we did not understand Chinese, which we truly appreciated.
− The main downside was having to carry luggage up and down stairs to reach the front desk or cab pick-up area. Another area for improvement would be the laundry room, which consistently had a urine-like smell. At times, the odour could even be noticed near the elevator area.

10.0The location of the hotel is very good, located next to the Li River. You can enjoy the scenery of Guilin and the Li River from the hotel and room. I didn't expect to be so close to nature. The hotel can meet all your needs. You can order Chinese food at the hotel, which can be delivered by restaurants. You can also order Italian pasta, pancakes, drinks, and coffee at the hotel, which is very convenient. You can also book tickets and see a small boat at the entrance. There is a dock next to the hotel where you can take a ferry to West Street. I recommend it!

9.0A vista do quarto é magnífica, principalmente porque ficámos num de esquina com 2 paredes de vidro! Os funcionários são muito prestáveis, educados e esforçados.
− O sítio onde hotel está implantado, não é bonito e tem de se atravessar a ponte para ir para o centro 20' de caminhada... O duche funciona mal, a água tanto sai quente como frio e passamos o tempo a regular a temperatura e a água espalha- se por toda a casa de banho( escoamento mal feito)
