A bit disappointing but good enough for a short stay.
7.0Newly built facilities so everything clean and fresh. Very helpful staff. AC and wifi work well enough for this guest's moderate needs.
− Functions and appearance of room are not what they should be in a new facility. Poor workmanship seems to be the cause (e.g., problem with bathroom sliding door, unsatisfactory lock on room door). Electrical outlets are placed in inconvenient places for a traveller (also plug adapters are needed if using equipment, like chargers, from other countries). Staff lends adapter from large-three-round-prongs to Botswana&South Africa standard, which differs from Europe and Americas. But many guests steal the lent adapters - could justify lending against deposit.

4.0Staff were nice but be aware there is a fee if you ask for airport transfer. Lovely pool and comfy beds.
− We couldn’t shower in the bathroom because it smelt so bad like manure. Major problem with ants in the room they were in our bags in the morning.
