− The names of the property we stayed in wasn’t the name advertised on this platform, and the buildings were not the same. Most of the listed facilities were not there either(example: swimming pool, the water heater wasn’t working and so on).

− Breakfast was prepared 10:00am and served at 11:00am as though they were not aware that they had guests staying over.

− 订好了房间后，到达酒店告知没房了,而且卢旺达民宿酒店普遍有欺诈现象，我还好是开车来的，可以自由移动选择其它民宿酒店，但是发现很多都是这种情况，要么要加价，要么就说没有房间。
