7.0It was a great location with safe and private parking. We stayed in the adjacent apartment previously.. The host was helpful and quick to respond when we had issues with roads being closed due to a police incident! The apartment was close to the big shopping centre, which was great for easy access to all things needed.
− There was no soap in the bathroom and no place where spare soap was kept! There was no tea, coffee, or milk, which is so basic, and this was not a cheap apartment, so we were very disappointed. The apartment next door we stayed in previously was much better with soap, tea, coffee, and milk!

Pleasant but not practical for more than a few days in the cold weather.
7.0Clean and well maintained with functional facilities. The decor was simple and fitting of the property
− The bedroom is at the front of the house with period windows that were drafty. The blinds didn’t keep out the light and everytime someone walked past the room lit up from the security light. It was also in the middle of a cold spell and the bedroom temperature dropped to 13 degrees, albeit the duvet was warm, the windows did not provide sufficient insulation. Access to the property is only via the back but you have to climb under the car park barrier to access the key fob in the lock box to open the barrier, and reverse when leaving the property. Although the layout cannot be changed, the bathroom is off the living room so you have to walk through in the night if toilet required.
