5.0The property itself was spacious
− Our stay at these apartments was very disappointing. The biggest issue was the terrible smell throughout the entire apartment. The unpleasant odour was there during our whole stay, and it was so bad that we didn’t even want to return to the apartment after spending the day outside. The apartment was dirty, the mattresses were old and heavily stained, and the bed linen was old, rough, and uncomfortable – it even irritated our skin while sleeping. One of the bedroom air conditioners leaked water continuously. We had to move the bed so that the water wouldn’t drip onto our heads while we slept, and we had to place a bucket underneath to catch the water. The constant dripping noise made it difficult to sleep and completely ruined our rest. The location was also inconvenient. The apartment is quite far from the beach and most of the main attractions. If you are not planning to rent a car, getting around is very inconvenient. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend these apartments. We expected a clean and comfortable place to stay, but because of the terrible smell, poor cleanliness, old and uncomfortable bedding, the leaking air conditioner, and the inconvenient location, our experience was extremely disappointing.

− Nie trzymanie standardu oferty: obiekt nie jest w pełni klimatyzowany, w salonie nie ma klimatyzacji, w jednej sypialni działa słabo i długo trzeba czekać na schłodzenie pomieszczenia, w drugiej sypialni klimatyzacja się skrapla zalewając szafę oraz łóżko ( musieliśmy je przestawić bo zalało nam materac), brak podstawowego wyposażenia: 1 szklanka na 4 osoby, brak kieliszków do wina, brak zapalniczki do kuchenki nie można było pierwszego dnia przygotować śniadania, brak tabletek do zmywarki i pralki ( wszystko trzeba kupować samemu) w łazience dostępne tylko mydło do rak. Generalnie nikt nie sprawdził obiektu przed naszym przyjazdem pod katem użyteczności co przyznał nam sam opiekun, nawet kanapa w salonie była w fatalnym stanie z naciągniętym pokrowcem jakby to robiło 4 letnie dziecko. Internet był w pobierany z innego lokalu przez co jego zasięg był słaby. Bardzo niewygodne łóżka. Reasumując to jest bardzo zaniedbany apartament który wymaga remontu/ napraw i profesjonalnej opieki.

7.0apartament był ogromny, taras jeszcze większy, bardzo wygodnie było nam tam mieszkać. Piękna okolica, niedaleko wspaniałe restauracje. generalnie dobra baza wypadowa. Dobry stosunek ceny względem udogodnień. Jaccuzi miało ogromną ilość chloru, ale i tak spełniało oczekiwania, szczególnie w kwietniu, kiedy w morzu jeszcze się kąpać nie da :) polecam
− popracowała bym nad czystością apartamentu, szczególnie łazienek i kuchni. Nie działał odkurzacz, musieliśmy przez tydzień zamiatać szczotka podłogę, brak mopa i wiadra oraz środków czystości np. do pralki i zmywarki. Nastawialiśmy się na to ponieważ widzieliśmy wiele komentarzy tego typu, jednak mimo wszytko polecam ten apartament.

5.0Mieszkanie jest duże, posiada wiele udogodnień które niestety są niesprawne. Plusem jest działające jacuzzi. Właściciel mieszkania jest bardzo miły.
− Niestety mieszkanie jest nieczyste. Z Grilla nie ma możliwości skorzystania ponieważ jest cały z rdzy oraz jest niedoczyszczony. Pozostawione poszwy na kołdry gryzące. Same kołdry brudne. Ściany również brudne. Lampy nad stołem jadalnym również od dawna nie umyte. Na tarasie jak zawiał mocniejszy wiatr odpadł kawałek elewacji a daszek z bambusowych tyczek również się rozsypał. Mieszkanie jest przestronne co jest dużym plusem wystarczy żeby ktoś się zajął porządnie czystością.
