Clean and tidy overprice for what it was

− Photos on advertisement did not match unit and the name does not exist spending 30mins trying to find the place in the end had to go to reception to see if I was at the correct location as no signage
Very disappointed with how much this place cost. Definitely not a resort.
3.0Good location, close to main hub
− Unclean. Marks on walls mould in sink. No cleaning supplies provided, ran out of toilet paper and dishwashing liquid in 3 days. Under bed was filthy. Dope smoke floods rooms every evening from downstairs. Residents fighting all hours. Felt unsafe. Towels were crap kids swim towels. Not enough blankets.

1.0We couldn't stay there because there was no main safety lock on the door it's where people actually live and stay the security cameras and signs up everywhere saying what you gear we couldn't even stay the night because my wife felt unsafe so we lost our money because they took it out before we actually got there and saw the place and wouldn't give it back and charge me and I didn't even spend one night there
− Not a very safe place to send people to stay with other people live there you can hear everyone coughing talking security cameras everywhere what you gear seemed very unsafe

Very nice spot to stay and close to visit our family.
8.0The location was close for the purpose of our travel. It also offered good facilities
− The only fault was that we didn't receive an email prior to our arrival for the information regarding access therefore we had to contact the host direct to gain access. The host (Jamie) was fantastic with his help
Wouldn’t stay here again, permanent residents made the place look, like a dive.
5.0It was close to the sea and foreshore
− Dirty child fingerprints on patio door, permanent resident below playing music till 3am one night . Got woken up at 4am Sat by his partner or whoever she was screaming swearing for about 15mins. Strong smell of Cannabis Cigarette butts all over the landing. Pool pump droning on till early hours
