Nice apartment and location but lacking some services.

The residence is nice and the host was very responsive. The WiFi didn’t work and the host had it sorted out within a day.

− All the closets were full so there wasn’t space to unpack. I stayed four days and I wish there had been at least a broom as the apartment was full of sand quite quickly given the proximity to the beach. Also the apartment doesn’t provide some basics to start with, such as drinking water, coffee or tea. However I requested water and it was delivered to me within the hour.

− Booked 10 nights but had to leave after the first night due to a strong damp/mould smell in the apartment. We reported the issue immediately, but the owner dismissed the problem and claimed it was simply the “smell of wood.” Due to a severe personal health issue, we decided to leave the apartment even though we initially would have liked staying the whole period. It was just too big of a health risk. The apartment also did not appear properly prepared for guests: basic items such as toilet paper and soap were missing, several fixtures were rusty or poorly maintained, and overall it felt inadequately cleaned. Although we initially agreed that we would only be charged for two nights, the final refund was only 3,000 THB out of a fully prepaid 10-night stay. At the same time, the apartment was listed again and rented out for the remaining dates, meaning the owner had made double profit. The location itself may be quiet, but without a car it is difficult to reach most places. Overall, a very disappointing experience and very poor handling.

Très bel appartement, belle terrasse, grand lit confortable, situé en bord de mer Plusieurs piscines, adaptées aux enfants L’ensemble est bien entretenu

− Seul bémol, un peu éloigné de Hua Hin, mais le prix est raisonnable

We could easily live here :)

Great apartment in a beautiful complex. Extremely quiet and comfortable. Owner was really nice and promptly delivered some missing items. Highly recommend!

Schöne Lage und vor allem die Ruhe.

− Ausstattung im Apartment und Sauberkeit im Badezimmer. Aber der Inhaber nach paar Hinweisen arbeitet schon dran .
