Cozy, enjoyable and definitely worth the money!

The apartment was big and roomy enough to enjoy the stay! Everything necessary for a week accommodation in an apartment was there and the staff from the nearby hotel was very friendly and helpful! The apartment’s location is perfect in the heart of the village.

− To say “didn’t like” is a bit unfair. It is just that some things could’ve been better. The firsr 1-2 nights were a bit difficult because the air-conditioner is in the living room and it can barely cool down the bedroom, but we managed to solve it by leaving the AC on all the time and the windows in the bedroom completely shut so the air from the AC could reach the bedroom and give rhe best effect. The apartment itself had a distinct smell when we first came in. Not a bad smell but rather a strong smell that is special for abandoned places (like old furniture and dust). The kitchen had pretty much everything that a kitchen needs, but not everything was clean and useable (like the toaster was less clean and almost kind of rusty from the inside so we didn’t dare to use it!). Otherwise everything was great!

Апартаменты великолепные ..Понравилось все.. спасибо Джакомо, который нас встретил, помог с парковой..очень уютно, чувствуешь себя как дома..большая терраса.. квартира в стиле ретро.. Джакомо ты лучший

Che dire!! soggiorno perfetto, l'appartamento veramente grazioso dotato di tutti i confort, ha mantenuto l'originalità del tipico appartenente della nonna, ma con dettagli importanti. Sito al 3°piano ma con ascensore. I proprietari/gestori veramente bravissime persone, disponibili in tutto. Che dire ancora??? Bellissimo 😍

− Se proprio devo trovare un paio di difetti giusto così x migliorare ancor di più il tutto, sostituirei i divani "ma no la poltrona 😍" eliminare tavolo cn sedie leggermente usurate dal tempo del terrazzo, sistemare il locale lavanderia...non è un punteggio negativo, ma solo un consiglio x far si, di rendere ancora il tutto più perfetto 😍

Appartamento situato in pieno centro, molto grande, bellissimo e ha tutto necessario per una vacanza, mi sono sentita come a casa mia. Gestito da due fratelli, le persone schiusite dire poco, pronti ad aiutarti in ogni tue esigenze, specialmente Giacomo. Ritornerei volentieri.

Великолепные апартаменты с винтажной и антикварной мебелью и посудой. Роскошная терраса. Термы Реди в 5 минутах ходьбы. Термы Тетуччо в 8 минутах пешком. Супермаркет Конад - 2 минуты. До обеих жд станций близко. Очень милый хозяин, заботился о нашем пребывании, был на связи, разрешил заселиться раньше. Ждём с нетерпением возвращения в Монтекатини!
