1.0The property did not accept your booking. The property did not provide us the accommodation saying that we are not in the list of Booking.com and we are not having any booking in my name. Even the phone number provided in your reply to me was wrong, not being picked up by the property. Worst experience with your booking. Bad. They are accommodating their direct customers. you must submit their response to my complaint and check your contact with the property.
