− The £10 weekly allowance of electricity is not adequate for a stay in the colder weather, we put on another£16, maybe a review is all that’s required
Scenery great, lovely donkey sanctuary next door but property needs work . Stay was ok
6.0The location and the donkey sanctuary next door , staff were friendly and helpful when boiler needed fixing
− The cold, floors feelin damp and wet we thought it was just cold but it made all clothes wet/damp, and uses alot of electric to keep warm and havin to put coins in the meter. All of which I told the company after our stay to allow them to make it better for next guests . Looked bigger on the pictures and very basic , laundrette was open for first week but then closed with no notice so we have no facilities for 2 weeks of our stay
Overall it was ok.
6.0The beds were comfortable
− It wasn’t very clean there were cobwebs everywhere and lots of spiders. The cupboards had crumbs in and the sofa wasn’t very comfortable and too small. Also we couldn’t park right outside the property. The hearing took a long time to heat up so it was quite cold when we got in there.

8.0It's a good place to walk, cycle or drive from. The bedrooms were comfortable and the welcome pack was nice
− The chairs were not very comfortable and as it rained all day one day this was disappointing as it was not comfortable for sitting to read or watch TV. There was no enclosed space for letting dog out
