1.0Niks, er was niemand aanwezig van de accommodatie zelf, we zijn door aan te kloppen binnen gekomen om 22:30 savonds, Vervolgens kregen we gemeld dat de deuren werken met een app, die zelfde app hebben we na halen en trekken met de touw van de accommodatie aangezien we haar gebeld hadden. Kregen we die sleutel tot de app om onze appartement te openen. Op moment dat we met boodschappen 2 koffers en een tostiijzer een lange trap op gelopen waren, zijn we gewoon bij 2 vreemden naar binnen gelopen.. Bleek te zijn achteraf dat er plaats was van een dubbele boeking… slechte admin dus.. Ook was de vrouw van de accommodatie onbeschoft en grof gebekt.
