10.0David from the hotel was super nice and I arrived quite late. He gave such a wonderful response when i apologized for coming so late 'The only thing that is important is you arrived safely to us'. The room was spotless and the smell of the fresh sheets was fantastic. One of the best beds i have had in a hotel and so were the pillows. The shower was quite large and the quality of the toiletries was very high. The rooms were very well insulated. Despite being on the main floor I did not hear anything at all. I had to run for my meeting in Ballybunnion just down the hill so did not enjoy the breakfast but it looked fantastic.
− There was nothing I can say negative about this hotel.
