− When I called 3 hours before the check in, staff said they don't know about my booking. That's what I got shocked because I don't want to sleep outside in Canberra weather if booking messed up from their end however he has checked and confirmed and sent details about check in. Also key pickup from another location was hectic as I was carrying 3 bags and was very tired after long work day.
