The location was excellent. Really easy to get to places, especially a family with young children. The apartment is very close to both beaches and walking distance to many restaurants. Everything in Fano can be reached within walking distance if you like!

− Our stay wasn’t as expected and a bit disappointing. We booked Appartmento da Lucia based on all the wonderful reviews. However, there is no air conditioning in either bedroom, only one in the main space. The floor wasn’t cleaned to expectations as within 30 min of arriving our feet/socks were black. There was a sticky feeling on the floor and even though bleach was apparently used, it didn’t smell like bleach. There was also no laundry detergent but Lucia was kind enough to drop some off on our first night. The linens and pillows could use an update, I believe someone else mentioned that the pillows are quite soft and the sheets are rough. Also, there is an ant problem. We killed probably about 20-25 over 3 nights as the enter through the balcony door, even when shut. I was asked to spray, which I did but we were also there with 2 young children so I wasn’t going to fumigate the entire place. If you drive and use the parking space (which is great) Viale Adriatico becomes a ZTL after 8pm certain times of the year - I believe it is seasonal (June 1 - Sept 15). We were not able to drive to the parking garage one evening because of it. Lucia said it was fine to drive past the gates, but obviously being a visitor I wasn’t about to do that. There are also lots of people walking the street on the weekend so it’s not recommended. This has been known since last year but no mention in the description. Appartamento grazioso e molto pulito, con tutti i servizi. Ottima posizione,vicino al mare e non distante dal centro.

Una bellissima esperienza

Lucia è una persona estremamente gentile e disponibile. L'appuntamento è pulitissimo ben arredato e supremo accessoriato. La posizione è ottima vicinissima alla spiaggia di sabbia e comunque vicina anche a quella di sassi. Anche i vari servizi sono tutti nelle vicinanze.
