− Some minor repairs in the apartment would be needed but nothing essential. There were some things we needed to fix and David (host) fixed them immediately and was very helpful, too.

10.0Villetta molto ben arredata completa di tutto e con un bellissimo spazio esterno da entrambi i lati. Assoluta autonomia, silenzio, indipendenza. Uno dei posti più belli in cui abbia soggiornato per le mie necessità. Nei dintorni non c'è nulla, occorre prendere l'auto per spostarsi, ma noi volevamo proprio questo, ogni giorno abbiamo visto un posto diverso. Host reattivo. Consiglio.

10.0La casa si trova all'interno di un residence molto tranquillo. È dotata di tutto il necessario,non manca veramente nulla. È presente anche il necessario per la colazione :caffè,zucchero,fette biscottate,marmellata. È presente anche l'aria condizionata anche se poi l'abbiamo usata davvero poco perchè il posto si è rivelato fresco anche d'estate. Posto auto proprio fuori dalla villetta. Check-in/out molto comodo. Proprietario molto gentile e presente telefonicamente per qualsiasi informazione o richiesta. La casa è pulitissima e profumata. Ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene,struttura consigliatissima anche a chi desidera,come noi, visitare la gettonatissima costa degli dei e che nello stesso tempo però vuole soggiornare in un posto tranquillo.

10.0Super clean accommodation with ALL you need just half an hour from Tropea and Pizzo in a safe complex . Comfortable beds in two separate bedrooms each equipped with an air conditioner, very nice backyard. Plenty of coffee pads even some breads & jam which our kids loved it, nice gesture :) Mimo helped us with nice tips Fully equipped kitchen . We felt home immediately. Totally worth the prise
