Property great, management atrocious.
6.0This review is aimed at helping fellow travellers, therefore I will make it clear that the property is excellent, however the management of it tempers everything. This is not worth the hassle of engaging with management for a one night stay, if you are having an extended stay it is worth considering.
− This operation has all the hallmarks of AI being utilised. There is no facility at all for early or late check in, nor for baggage storage outside stipulated check in times. Everything is governed remotely, you can’t even get the access code to enter until after check in time. There is no human contact at all. Even the cleaners have the days clean bedding and towels deposited for them in a bag in a stairwell rather than them being seen or spoken to. Typical of the system, is an online message delivered in Japanese, with a bracketed English sentence, which reads “Translate this yourself.”
