10.0Οι παροχές, η καθαριότητα και το ότι ήταν κοντά στην θάλασσα.
− Το ότι είχε φασαρία από τα απέναντι διαμερίσματα και από το διπλανό μπαρ-καφετέρια λόγω εκδήλωσης με δυνατή μουσική έως αργά.

8.0Ήταν πολύ κοντά στην θάλασσα και ήταν πολύ καλά εξοπλισμένο
− Δεν υπήρχε θέρμανση στο μπάνιο και ήταν πολύ κρύο το κλιματιστικό στο σαλόνι δεν κάλυπτε επαρκώς τον χώρο και η εξωτερική μονάδα του έκανε θόρυβο όλη νύχτα με αποτέλεσμα να το κλείσουμε και να κάνει κρύο .
