Good apartment close to Granada
7.0We haven't met Manuel in person, but he gave us all instructions via WhatsApp. Manuel quickly responded to all our questions and tried to help with everything. The apartment is nice. La Zubia is close to Granada and Monachil. We appreciated the TV with YouTube, the sofa, 2 bedrooms, the kitchen, and the coffee machine.
− Manuel doesn't speak English, so we had to translate every message he sent us. Opening the door via the internet link was a bit tough - the smart lock is tricky, and it took some time to find out how to open it. There was a moment when we were not able to get in. We missed the tea cups and the electric kettle. The apartment is a bit dark. I would appreciate better ambient (orange) lighting. Cold light is not suitable for the evening because of melatonin production. The bed was quite small.

10.0Lo que más nos gustó fue la tranquilidad de la zona. La ubicación es excelente, se encuentra cerca de Granada y a la vez es un lugar con mucha paz para descansar. La casa tiene todo lo necesario. Las camas son muy cómodas y la decoración es muy acogedora.
− La zona es un poco complicada para aparcar, pero merece la pena dar un par de vueltas con el coche y poder disfrutar del descanso que ofrece está preciosa casita.

7.0La tranquilidad de la calle
− La escalera de caracol ,que en ninguna foto aparecía, y al llegar e intentar subir con la maleta....fracaso total , se quedó la maleta abajo puesto que los escalones eran altos de mas para personas con dificultades de caminar y demasiado estrecha.

− Por decir algo menos positivo mencionaría el olor a humedad en la parte de abajo de la casa.

10.0Apartamento de estreno, bien localizado, muy acogedor y completamente equipado. Pasamos un magnífico fin de semana. Localizado a 10min andando del centro, en una zona muy tranquila de la Zubia, con facilidad de aparcamiento. Para repetir.
