− The kaiseki dinner was beautiful presented but there was no explanation for non Japanese. It was served in a room, with just tables and lacked atmosphere.

Great hotel on Miyajima
9.0The location is great, being on Miyajima without being directly on the shopping / main street allows it to remain quiet even when activity is at its' peak. We usually favor small hotels, but the common bath and dining rooms of Makoto where big enough to avoid feeling overcrowded. The staff was very nice and eager to help.
