Locatia, spatiul generos, locul de parcare si proximitatea fata de magazine si supermarket. Faptul ca au fost operativi si ne-au dat un alt apartament in ultima seara cand am constatat problemele cu insectele.

− Insectele din saltea si canapea. Cu siguranta trebuie facuta o dezinsectie. Prietena mea le-a si filmat cand a ramas sa doarma singura la pranz in ultima zi. Baiatul meu in varsta de 10 ani a fost muscat inca din prima noapte, dar initial am crezut ca de vina sunt tantarii, pentru ca nu aveau plase anti-insecte,dar se pare ca erau insecte care semanau cu plosnitele. A trebuit sa luam tratament de la farmacie pentru ca mancarimile erau foarte puternice. Fara o dezinsectie generala nu ar trebui sa mai fie inchiriat acest apartament.

I liked the location, the price for value. The balcony was really nice, spacious. The fridge was nice, the kettle was useful and amazing. The couch was comfortable enough. The mirror in the bathroom was amazing, together with the fact that it had both a bathtub and a shower.

− The LED stripe in the kitchen area did not work properly, it was flickering after a few minutes. The light in the living was making weird noises, and the curtains had some stains on them. Besides these, the lack of a microwave was a downside.

The apartment is beautiful, modern, and very clean. It’s spacious, which made it really comfortable for us as a family. The views are lovely, and the location is excellent – right next to a shopping center, which is super convenient. Everything felt new and well taken care of, and the overall value for money is outstanding. If we had the chance, we would definitely stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommended!

− As for minor things to improve, a dishwasher would be a great addition, and the lighting next to the dining table could use a small fix. But these are really just small details – overall, everything was great.
